Distributes 200 Mini-Buses, ambulances, Tricycle and Others
Hope and excitement filled the air in Ikeja Federal Constituency on Thursday 22nd of December as member of the House of Representatives for the constituency, Rt. Honourable James Abiodun Faleke hosted another edition of his Super Mega Empowerment programme.
The programme which was held at the Police College in G.R.A, Ikeja, a total of 200 mini buses popularly known as Korope were distributed to youths across Ikeja Federal Constituency while three ambulances were donated to Ikeja Local Government Area as well as Ojodu and Onigbongbo Local Council Development Areas.
In what appears to be a bigger edition than the last, this year’s Super mega empowerment also saw three 18-seater buses donated to religious bodies, nine security patrol vehicles donated to security agencies and 18 tricycles to youths all across Ikeja Federal Constituency.
In addition several empowerment tools such as grinding machines, hairdressing tools, barbing equipment, generators, freezers and food qitems were distributed to various beneficiaries of the Super Mega empowerment
Addressing the massive crowd at the event, Rt. Hon Faleke noted that the Super Mega Empowerment was his way of giving back to the electorates while also ensuring that as many members of his constituency as possible, enjoy the dividends of democracy.
Some beneficiaries who spoke with Seunawosika.com, expressed immeasurable joy and appreciation for the good works of the benevolent lawmaker.
The chief of Staff to the Lagos State Governor, Mr. Tayo Ayinde; former Commissioner of Police, Hakeem Odumosu; members of the State Executive council of the All Progressives Congress and several leaders of the party within the Federal Constituency were some of the eminent personalties who graced the empowerment programme
